Shipping

At KV Studio, we take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly, wherever you are in the world. Below you’ll find the information you need about shipping costs, delivery timeframes, customs duties and our returns policy.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to the UK and Germany.

For all other destinations, shipping costs are as follows:

  • EU & EEA (excluding Germany) - £9

  • United States - £20

  • Rest of the World - £35

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times:

  • UK, EU, EEA, USA & Canada: 6–10 working days*

  • Rest of the World: 6–15 working days*

*Please note these are conservative estimates. Many UK orders arrive within 3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or during busy periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We aim to provide a seamless experience with minimal hidden costs:

  • No customs duties or border fees for shipments to the UK, EU, and USA.

  • We automatically cover all duties and import taxes for orders shipping to:
    Australia, Canada, Iceland, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, and Switzerland.

For all other countries, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the value of the shipment. These are set by local governments and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and refunds

14 Day Return Policy

In accordance with the UK and EU consumer protection laws, we respect that you have the right to notify us that you wish to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund provided following conditions for return eligibility are met:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery and approved in advance by emailing us at orders@kvstudio.uk;

  • Items are in mint condition, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Once your return is approved, you will receive the shipping address and you must provide proof of dispatch along with the tracking number within the subsequent 14 days.

Return Fees & REturn shipping costs

  • Return shipping and associated cost are the responsibility of the buyer and must be arranged through a tracked courier service.

  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send clear photographs of the issue to orders@kvstudio.uk, and we will offer a replacement or full refund. Advice of damage, delay or loss of goods in transit or non-delivery must be given in writing to orders@kvstudio.uk (or in case of non-delivery within 14 days of notification of dispatch of the goods), failing which you will be deemed to have accepted the product.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
